The Terraces at Walnut project continues to progress on schedule with major grading expected to be completed by the end of October. Plans are currently being finalized to initiate construction of the townhomes and the retail center in early 2023. In addition, the sales and marketing team is expected to be in place in the coming months and will begin contacting individuals interested in early reservations.
Townhomes Update:
We are on pace to commence construction of the townhome models by the second quarter of 2023. A map outlining which phases will be sold first, will be available soon.
Single-Family Residences Update:
Construction of the single-family homes models is scheduled to begin by the end of the second quarter of 2023.
