This last month we have seen a lot of activity on the Terraces at Walnut site. Most importantly the City of Walnut recently approved Sunjoint’s request for the single-family portion of the project to be a gated community. The first for the City! This amenity is designed to be staffed 24-hours and 7-days a week. We believe this change will enhance the quality of the neighborhood for the residents in the area and the community as a whole. Further updates with more details of this addition including entry design and guard house architecture will be available soon.

Additional advancements in the last month also included the completion of the all walls and rough grading activities. We are also in the final stages of selecting the contractor for the townhomes and have finalized the phasing plan, which can be found below:
