Prior to joining Sunjoint Development, Steve served as Director of Construction Operations for the venture-backed, technology enabled homebuilder, Homebound Technologies. He successfully established and expanded a new market in Southern California and launched two products for disaster rebuilds and new construction. Prior to Homebound, he served as the Lead Superintendent for a private multifamily builder, Fassberg Construction in Southern California. Prior to Fassberg, Steve spent 15 years at the public home builder, KB Home. Steve joined as an Assistant Superintendent and rose to Regional Construction Manager for the LA/Ventura Region. Prior to KB Home, he held several additional positions in the construction operations industry.
